This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through the Peak Padel Gear online store. Our policy is designed to ensure the accurate, secure, and timely delivery of all orders placed on our website. Orders with a value of R1,500 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Orders with a value below R1,500 will incur a standard shipping fee of R150.

Orders are generally delivered within 1 to 5 business days from confirmation of payment.

Delivery timeframes provided serve as a guideline only. While we strive to meet these timelines, unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays, weather conditions, or operational issues may cause delays beyond our control.

If the delivery address is located outside major city centers or in remote areas, delivery may take longer than the estimated timeframe.

Once an order has been confirmed and the delivery address has been submitted, changes to the delivery address or delivery method cannot be guaranteed.

Peak Padel Gear reserves the right to contact customers to arrange alternative delivery options or revised delivery timelines where delivery locations are classified as remote or inaccessible. In circumstances where delivery is not feasible, Peak Padel Gear reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

To ensure the security of your order, deliveries will only be made to the designated delivery address and to the purchaser or a nominated recipient listed on the order.

The courier may request proof of identification. Upon delivery, the recipient may be required to sign the waybill as confirmation that the parcel has been received in good condition.
