This Returns and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the Peak Padel Gear online store. Our policy is designed to ensure fair and transparent handling of returns and refunds.

Customers may return eligible products within 7 days of delivery, provided that the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Products that show signs of use, damage caused by misuse, or that are returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Customized products, clearance items, and hygiene-sensitive items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective item supplied by Peak Padel Gear.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or damaged products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for assessment and resolution.
